Wedding Packages & Services
All Packages Include
Preparation:
- Work with bride to create an Inspiration Board
- Obtain copies of all vendor contracts and contact information
- Contact all vendors to confirm details/delivery/pick up
- Create itinerary for “day of’ activities and distribute to all vendors
- Meet with DJ/Wedding MC to review itinerary, special songs, dances, games, etc.
- Attend final fitting of bridal gown for bustle
Wedding Rehearsal
- Direct rehearsal flow, coordinate and suggest ceremony details
- Enlist members of the wedding party with various duties
- Provide a wedding day itinerary to all members of the bridal party
Wedding Day Activities
- Wedding consultant and staff will arrive 2-3 hours prior
- Direct wedding ceremony and reception
- Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors
- Ensure décor is set according to plan
- Ensure timeline is followed according to plan
- Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
- Pin flowers on family and attendants and distribute bouquets to bride and bridesmaids
- Set-up items including toasting glasses, cake knife, guest book, place cards, etc.
- Bustle bridal gown for reception
- Direct reception flow with introduction of bride and groom, first dance, etc.
- Handle any discrepancies and last minute details
- Box up remaining cake and prepare to-go meal if needed.
- Help load gifts, personal items and keepsakes into designated vehicle

- Schedule appointments and meet with vendors as needed

- Provide bottled water and snacks for wedding party
- Set up gift, favor, cake and sign in tables
- Decorate as needed including placing linens on tables and chairs, arranging centerpieces, etc
- Dismantle all items as needed including tables, chairs, linens & centerpieces
- Plus all items in the section “All Packages Include”
With this package, you will be responsible for many aspects of the planning and we will provide oversight as well as full direction of the rehearsal and wedding day activities.
This package includes:

*This package does not include set up or dismantle of tables, chairs, linens or centerpiece. This will be an additional charge of $20.00 per hour to cover labor
